Dedicated to assisting underserved children in their health, personal development, education and enjoyment of life, the Steve Nash Foundation operates globally to increase access to critical needs resources for children affected by poverty, illness, abuse or neglect. Through its own initiatives, as well as grants to child-focused non-profits, the Foundation builds healthy communities by growing health in kids.
The Foundation focuses its work in Arizona (Educare Arizona, an early learning initiative), British Columbia (BC Grants), nationally across Canada (a child abuse prevention strategy in cooperation with the University of Victoria), the USA (Child Abuse Research and Education initiative), and overseas in Paraguay (Support Hope, providing for critical needs health and community resources).
Proceeds from the 2015 Showdown will benefit the Foundation's child welfare platforms. To learn more about what we do and how you can get involved, please visit stevenash.org.
The Steve Nash Foundation is a 501(c)(3) private foundation (EIN 31-1753206) and a registered Canadian charity (BN 848154928 RR0001). We welcome your assist — for more information, please visit us at stevenash.org.
